After the data analyst, strategist, and content marketing teams identified strong client demand for instructional financial practice guidance, I designed interactive, accessible digital and print course guides and tool forms in InDesign, paired with customizable digital form-fill offerings to guide users toward tailored practice management solutions.

I oversaw an offshore team of six to produce 12 tool guides, 6 takeaway guides, and 3 implementation guides, personally finalizing each asset alongside a copy editor and writer. The offerings were well-received enough that the project was expanded into a full instructional e-learning program — a strong signal of the guides' effectiveness and lasting value.
