DIGITAL DESIGN
As a digital designer and email marketer, I've learned to envision the customer journey as a series of engagement touchpoints. As the backend tour guide, my design goal is to provide a stress-free and incentivized shopping experience that will maximize the conversion rate of every interaction.
I have experience wire-framing automated email experiences, minimizing clicks needed to reach a purchase page, and optimizing user interfaces to ensure smooth operation and attractive visuals.
DESIGN PROCESS:
1) Identified need:
Determined the best design medium to address the problem
2) Consolidated content and visual aids:
Gathered and organized all the necessary tools to design with. Created missing graphics or content, or requested from available channels
3) Created template:
Arranged information to achieve a focused, easy-to-understand and engaging format
4) Reviewed draft with team:
Critiqued draft to identify areas for improvement
5) Finalized artwork:
Prepared artwork for final formats - primarily print or web-sharing preparation.
6) Oversaw final delivery:
- Print/Packaging: Provided final file along with linked tools folder (font/images), pantone color call-outs, and file measurements.
- Website/Social Media: Uploaded file to desired webpages, resizing or reformatting as necessary
